haha today went to gym again same only me no friend accompany, it seems like i can 1 person independent already ha ha, reach there around 2 then warm up follow by training the most part i train is the bicep and trisect and sometime the abdomen can feel it's slowly developing......

around 4.50 went to bath in the gym getting ready to exit the gym finally inside the gym is freaking cold the temperature is around 20 degree so dame cold .... lucky the in the gym got water heater or some thing like that so there is also warm water to bath in ha ha after leaving the gym went to the Mrt station of coz take Mrt la lol to 167 meet noel and help them at the same time work for free bah.... have fun still leaning quite relax
